I drew the background of swimming pool and added a water image.

I used AfterEffects to make a water wave and combined the characters and background, and then added the flying petals by CC particle world.

I used the way as the above image to draw this background but the process is very difficult and required a lot of time so I just finished one this week. Impasto is a kind of painting method and the process is very complicated like the following video.

This elements of image is from some of palaces, I refer to the features of the buildings.

I was going to make a 3D table but I met some problem and cannot solve that. When I created a camera layer on the shape layer but the 2D image still cannot move 360°. I watched many teaching video but still did not know how to solve that. I could not find this toolbar in AfterEffects CC 2017 and I guess perhaps for this reason.

So I changed my plan to make the 3D fire of candlepower in AfterEffects.
